Tim Summers, President
Tim Summers has worked as an employee and consultant in the Information Technology (I.T.) industry for more than 13 years. Throughout that time, Tim has developed solutions for the day-to-day challenges faced by end-users, systems technicians, programmers and network administrators. Because of his experience of owning and operating a successful and growing I.T. business, as well as a diverse technical and business knowledge, Tim has a unique perspective on technology and how best to utilize technology to stay competitive and profitable in today's business environment. This unique perspective plays a large part in DIVERSIFIED's commitment to customer service and continued success and growth over the past 5 years.

In addition to running an I.T. business, Tim's background includes serving as a Network Administrator in a mixed Novell and Windows environment for two local area firms, developing custom database applications for area consultants, and working as a systems integration technician - performing both in-house and on-site repairs.

Throughout every aspect of his business, Tim has stressed customer service, professionalism, and honesty - qualities which he believes are reflected by our growing list of long-term clients and successful projects.

Scott Goodrich, Network Engineer
Scott Goodrich was a Senior Systems Analyst with Humana Military Healthcare Services, Inc. in Dayton Ohio before joining the DIVERSIFIED team. Scott provided operational and technical support which included troubleshooting hardware and software issues, interfacing with internal customers and vendor technical support, managing the network and server infrastructure and providing 24 hour on-call support. Scott planned and implemented a region-wide hardware and software upgrade comprised of more than 500 computers spread across 19 different locations. Scott also planned and executed a C2 security upgrade of all servers per a DoD contract and implemented an Encore/Soloist phone monitoring system throughout the region to meet customer service quality control requirements per the DoD contract.

Scott is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and is currently working to complete his Bachelors in Computer Science and Cisco Certification. In addition, Scott has received special training including Advanced NCO Academy - Leadership & Management Training, Senior NCO Academy - Leadership & Management Training, Associates in Communication Technology and a Certificate in Information Technology.

Allen Hassler, Systems Integration Technician
Allen Hassler has been an integral part of the DIVERSIFIED team since its inception, and has more than 8 years of experience in the I.T. industry including computer and server troubleshooting and repair, onsite support, and phone "help-desk" support. Allen spent three years traveling the country consulting to corporate and military customers regarding installation and training for the ImageMAX document scanning software product. During that time Allen also provided tier one phone support and worked with developers as a program testing specialist.

Allen provides first-level technical support and onsite emergency service. His skills include diagnosing and repairing computer hardware issues, providing day-to-day computer administration support, and troubleshooting software at both the workstation and server level.

Allen holds an Associate Degree in Computer Science and an A+ Certification.

Debbie Chaney, Account Representative
Debbie Chaney brings 25 years of outside sales, project management and client account management to DIVERSIFIED. Debbie has a very good reputation in the Dayton area for providing quality customer service and looking out for her client accounts. Debbie's strong commitment to customer service and desire to build long-term client relationships based on integrity and trust makes her a perfect fit for DIVERSIFIED.

During the sales process, Debbie takes the time to understand each client's specific goals, industry specific requirements, and special needs. Armed with this knowledge, Debbie then coordinates with the DIVERSIFIED team to tailor a solution that best meets the client's needs. Simply put, her involvement doesn't end with the signing of a contract; Debbie stays involved in all aspects of your project to ensure that DIVERSIFIED meets or exceeds your expectations.
