Phone & Remote Helpdesk Support

DIVERSIFIED also offers phone-based and remote help desk support to clients that wish to outsource the day-to-day helpdesk style support typically provided by "in-house" I.T. Departments.

Remote help desk support entails the use of remote access software that allow our technicians access to your computer(s) in real-time without leaving our facility. This style of service increases response times and reduces the need for onsite visits.

Service Agreements

DIVERSIFIED offers comprehensive on-site service agreements to clients wishing to add an extra level of protection and piece of mind. Each support contract is customized to meet each client's specific I.T. requirements and can be written to cover one specific PC or software package up to your entire computer network infrastructure.

Preventive Maintenance Agreements

Just like changing the oil in your automobile every 3,000 miles, your computer, network, and data storage infrastructure require regularly scheduled preventive maintenance and tune-ups in order to continue running smoothly. DIVERSIFIED currently offers two preventive maintenance contracts - monthly and quarterly, each customized to meet your specific needs.
